How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Mobile (iOS / Android): Open Pawprint → tap the Account icon (top-right) → tap "Restore purchases" under your subscription status. The app re-links your Stripe subscription automatically.

Web: Sign in to pawprint.designersystemsdigital.xyz — your subscription follows your account. If it shows "Not subscribed" after sign-in, email support@designersystemsdigital.xyz with your account email and we'll re-link manually.

How do I delete my account?

Pawprint: Settings → Account → scroll to bottom → "Delete account" → type DELETE to confirm.

NoteTree: Settings → Account → "Delete account" (added in v2.1+).

StatsIRL: Settings → Account → "Delete account".

Deletion is permanent within 30 days. You can also email privacy@designersystemsdigital.xyz to request deletion.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is managed by Stripe. To cancel:

  1. Open Pawprint → Account icon → "Manage subscription"
  2. You'll be redirected to Stripe's customer portal
  3. Click "Cancel plan" and confirm

You'll keep premium access until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free tier (no Catnip pool earnings).

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link to designersystemsdigital.xyz. Click the link in the email, set a new password, and sign back in.

The app is stuck on loading / blank screen

Web: Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If that doesn't work, try an incognito/private window. If the issue persists, your browser may be blocking the passkey bundle — make sure third-party cookies are allowed for the domain.

Mobile: Force-close the app and reopen. If it persists, reinstall. Your data is in the cloud, so reinstalling won't lose anything.

My Catnip balance looks wrong

Catnip is settled weekly (every Sunday NZ time). Your balance shows the most recent settled amount. Pending uppaws for the current week aren't credited until the week closes.

If you think the balance is incorrect, email support@designersystemsdigital.xyz with your username and the issue.

I have a feature request
